Energy Management System (EnMS)
Is a comprehensive and strategic approach to control and enhance energy performance in organisation systematically. The implementation of EnMS aims for long term continual improvement. The model was developed from the Plan-Do-Check-Act continual improvement concept, known as PDCA cycle.
Efficient Management of Electrical Energy Regulation (EMEER 2008)
Is one of the regulations enforced under the Electricity Supply Act 1990 by Energy Commision (which has jurisdiction on electricity supply sector in Peninsula Malaysia and Sabah) under the Energy Commision Act 2001. EMEER 2008 was approved in
2008 with the effective implementation from 15th December in the same year.
